Objetivos

OBJETIVO GENERAL: Brindar al participante los conocimientos y herramientas necesarias para la identificación e interpretación de los requisitos para los Sistemas de Gestión de la Calidad, teniendo como base la norma internacional ISO 9001:2015.

OBJETIVOS ESPECÍFICOS:
• Conceptualizar sobre los términos, definiciones y principios de los Sistemas de Gestión de la Calidad bajo el referencial técnico ISO 9001:2015.
